As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to withdraw from the agreement. You can do this by emailing glimmier@glimmier.com with your name, order number and a statement that you are withdrawing from the purchase.

Then return the products within 14 days of your notification to: Glimmier, Opaalhof 13, Almere, the Netherlands. The direct cost of the return shipment is at your own expense.

Refund

After we receive your withdrawal, we will refund the full purchase amount, including the standard outbound shipping costs, within 14 days. We use the same payment method as your original order.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery.
