Shipping

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Almere, the Netherlands.

Standard delivery costs €5.50. Shipping is free on orders over €40.

Pickup at our address is also possible: Opaalhof 13, Almere. Choose the “Pickup” option during checkout.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation by email.

Returns

Not completely satisfied? You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind.

Email us at glimmier@glimmier.com with your order number and we’ll help you with the return.

Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the original payment method.

Please note: for hygiene reasons, opened products unfortunately cannot be returned unless they are defective.
